Building Land

Land, as you know, comes in all shapes and sizes. We have building plots available for all sorts of needs but, because the situation changes so rapidly and prices move consistently, it no longer makes sense to list available plots here. The best way to find what's on offer or what we can find for you is to send us an enquiry.

Remember that outside the precincts of a village, you are unlikely to be able to build anything on a plot of less that 4000m².

When you write to us, make sure you give us as much information as you can. This will include, typically:

the area you have in mind

how close to the sea you need to be

what sort of views you want

what sort of land you want – hilly, flat, close to a village, gloriously remote, with trees, near a road and so on

your maximum budget – you won't get much for less than around €40 - 50,000

how big a property do you need to build? A plot of 4000m² is large enough for a reasonably sized house of three or four bedrooms.
